Bachy Soletanche Vietnam has just completed the foundations of the new building complex: Opera Residence
Located in the heart of Saigon, the Residence Opera is the third plot of The Metropole Thu Thiem megaproject. Consisting of two towers, three basement levels and 646 apartments, the new building is part of the new skyline of the Thu Thiem urban area which will include: Opera house, Convention Center, luxury housing, and will become through the Thu Thiem 2 Bridge the link between old and new.
To build this iconic project, Bachy Soletanche Vietnam has carried out:
- 22m long diaphragm wall, 0m thick, 33m depth,
- 328 nos. shaft grouted bored piles (1.2m diameter, at 55m depth),
- 41 nos. shaft grouted bored piles (1.0m diameter, at 49m depth),
The project is scheduled for delivery in 2022.
