Soletanche Bachy offers foundation solutions and soil technologies that contribute to the design and construction of industrial buildings and warehouses.
From soil improvement and decontamination work to the construction of foundations for industrial structures, we put our knowledge of geotechnical solutions to work for our customers.
Industrial projects can be particularly demanding: compliance with very strict flatness or load-bearing constraints, narrow construction sites, work at limited heights, high levels of co-activity, tight schedules, essential certifications when sensitive activities such as energy or the military are involved.
At Soletanche Bachy, our teams are able to deliver turnkey solutions and put all their expertise to work on projects to create appropriate, high-performance foundations.
Special foundation solutions to reduce the environmental impact of industrial projects
We offer the most environmentally-friendly solutions for the construction of storage areas, factories, tanks, warehouses and so on.
In Hungary, we built the foundations for a large electric car factory, while halving the quantities of concrete and steel, thanks to a solution optimised by our design offices and the Screwsol® pile process.
In France, Soletanche Bachy Fondations Spéciales has built 108 foundation piles for a new-generation waste recycling facility (80% recovery rate in the long term) using the Starsol® process, which has also resulted in significant savings in concrete.
