Chez Soletanche Bachy, nous r\u00e9alisons partout dans le monde des ouvrages r\u00e9pondant aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux de mobilit\u00e9 des territoires : R\u00e9seau de m\u00e9tro, gare, station souterraine, tunnel, voie ferr\u00e9e, tramway\u2026<\/h4>\n

Le projet desservira plus de 25 gares, et reliera environ 30 millions de personnes.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9aliser ce projet, nous avons mobilis\u00e9 une vaste expertise dans les techniques de fondations sp\u00e9ciales et de connaissance des sols. En effet, ces ouvrages de caract\u00e9ristiques hors norme ont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis ambitieux, comme la r\u00e9alisation de parois moul\u00e9es<\/a> d\u20191m50 d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 70 m de profondeur\u2026 D\u00e9fis relev\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s gr\u00e2ce au savoir-faire de nos \u00e9quipes\u202f!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Les transports\u202f: Des chantiers souvent urbains \u2026 et exigus\u202f!<\/h2><\/div>

Ce qui fait la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des chantiers\u00a0<\/span>de transport en commun<\/span>, c\u2019est leur localisation<\/span>\u00a0en milieu\u00a0<\/span>urbain. Cela<\/span>\u00a0occasionne d<\/span>es contraintes directement li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019environnement de travail\u202f:\u00a0la ville avec ses b\u00e2timents, la ville avec ses habitants<\/b>.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

En effet,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>les espaces sont limit\u00e9s,<\/span>\u00a0les exploitations des autres lignes de transport ou des lieux publics<\/span>\u00a0perdurent<\/span>\u00a0et enfin, il existe de nombreux avoisinants\u00a0<\/span>autours des chantiers,\u00a0<\/span>que nos travaux ne doivent pas impacter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En France \u00e0 Nice, lors de la r\u00e9alisation de la ligne 2 du tramway,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>reliant l\u2019a\u00e9roport au port\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Lympia<\/span><\/span>, nos \u00e9quipes de <\/span><\/span>Soletanche <\/span><\/span>Bachy <\/span><\/span>France<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Bessac<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Soletanche<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Bachy Tunnels<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour la partie souterraine, un tunnel de 3,2km, 4 stations enterr\u00e9es et 2 puits<\/span><\/span>. Cette partie du chantier, notamment avec la station Garibaldi<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00e9tait situ\u00e9 au\u00a0<\/span><\/span>c\u0153ur<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>du centre-<\/span><\/span>ville du\u00a0<\/span><\/span>XIX\u00e8me<\/span><\/span>\u00a0si\u00e8cle, au riche patrimoine architectural et historique.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>N<\/span><\/span><\/span>os \u00e9quipes<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0ont\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>donc\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>d\u00fb\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e9voluer dans un espace tr\u00e8s restreint tout en surveillant activement les fondations anciennes des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Nos \u00e9quipes de<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Soletanche Bachy International<\/span>\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span>de\u00a0<\/span>March<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Construction\u00a0d\u00e9montrent, une fois de plus, <\/span>notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des travaux sur des infrastructures du rail particuli\u00e8rement complexes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Complexe,\u00a0<\/span>car l\u2019exploitation (le trafic des passagers) perdurera durant l\u2019ensemble des travaux,<\/span><\/b>\u00a0notamment lorsque nous proc\u00e9derons \u00e0 l\u2019abaissement global du niveau des voies ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la mise en place des embranchements n\u00e9cessaires au raccordement des nouvelles voies.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Pour permettre la construction de 3 kilom\u00e8tres de murs de sout\u00e8nement, deux ponts routiers, deux passerelles pi\u00e9tons, deux \u00e9changeurs ferroviaires d\u2019ici \u00e0 fin 2022, Il a fallu imaginer un phasage sp\u00e9cifique, ax\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ferroviaire et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9quipes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au total, le projet repr\u00e9sente environ\u00a0<\/span>1 200 pieux, 7 500 m\u00b2 de paroi moul\u00e9e<\/span><\/b>, 100\u202f000 m3 de d\u00e9blais et 20\u202f000 m3 de b\u00e9ton de structure.<\/span><\/p>\n
